Michael Smith, M.C.I.P., R.P.P. (Principal)
Started the firm after several years as Director of Development Services for the Town of Georgina. Michael has experience in all facets of municipal planning and land development approvals and has been a successful witness before the (former) Ontario Municipal Board, Local Planning Appeals Tribunal and (current) Ontario Land Tribunal on several occasions.
Gord Mahoney, M.C.I.P., R.P.P. (Senior Planner)
A graduate of the University of Windsor, Gord has over twenty years experience in municipal planning and land development approvals. With his vast knowledge of provincial, regional and municipal planning policies, along with his experience in the development approvals process, he has successfully assisted many clients in obtaining approvals for a wide variety of land development projects.
Marnie Joblin (Clerk-Technician)
Provides a full range of planning support services, including drafting, technician and clerical services.
Alex Smith, B.A. (Hons) (Planner)
Is a Pre-Candidate member of CIP and OPPI and an Honours graduate of the University of Toronto. Alex provides a full range of planning support services, including drafting, policy research & review and the preparation of all manner of planning applications.

Andrea Fernades, B.U.R.PI (Planner)
Is a Ryerson University graduate in Urban and Regional Planning and a Candidate Member of CIP and OPPI. Andrea provides a full range of technical and planning support services.

Laurie Allen, B.A. (Office Manger)
Is Michael's business partner and a former municipal planner. Laurie oversees all financial and technical support services for our firm.
CADD Services are provided by a qualified draftsman on a contract basis.
